Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Next Hop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What My Next Hop is

My Next Hop is an AI-powered practice platform for network, cloud, AI infrastructure, optical, and security engineers. It provides mock interview sessions, troubleshooting labs, flashcard reviews, speech feedback, and related tools. Content is generated by AI and is intended for practice and self-improvement purposes only — it does not constitute professional career advice.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any future usage limits is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate information. Using a fake email address to receive a password reset email and then finding it does not work is on you.

Acceptable use

You may not use My Next Hop to:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically copy AI-generated content at scale.
• Probe for security vulnerabilities or attempt to access other users' data.
• Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or designed to manipulate AI outputs in harmful ways.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service.

Availability and changes

My Next Hop is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.

Pricing

My Next Hop has three tiers — Free, Sharp, and Pro — with current pricing listed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed via PayPal or Paystack. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. If you are on an active paid plan, price changes will not take effect until your next billing cycle.

Intellectual property

The My Next Hop platform, its design, and underlying code are owned by My Next Hop. AI-generated content (scorecards, model answers, flashcards) produced in response to your sessions is yours to use for personal study. You may not republish AI-generated content from My Next Hop as your own product or service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Next Hop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to interview outcomes, career decisions, or data loss.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
